Where's My Login/Invoice?

In the summer of 2025 we underwent an overhaul of our website. 

The old site was complicated and difficult to troubleshoot. A large part of these issues was the way accounts and billing were handled. We are making some changes to the way we do invoicing and payments. We are no longer having accounts.

Rather we will maintain a list with one main contact with which to do membership billing. This will streamline our processes and you will no longer have to deal with multiple log ins or complicated account issues.

Invoices have been sent as of the morning of January 13th.

 
We recently launched a new website and are continuing to enhance our systems to better serve our members. As part of this redesign, we have streamlined several processes, including the way membership fees are invoiced. As a result, you can expect to receive your membership invoice from the Alberta Library Trustees’ Association (ALTA) via Intuit QuickBooks Online (QBO) within the next few weeks. Once received, you will have the option to pay by credit card, should you wish.
 
During the transition to accepting payments through QBO, we are required to comply with regulations set out by the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC). This compliance process has caused a slight delay in issuing invoices. Our intention is to send invoices only once, once QuickBooks Payments approval is finalized. Members will also continue to have the option to pay by cheque or e-Transfer.
