Learning rarely follows a straight line. Like a vine, each person finds a path toward clarity and understanding. Some things stick because they are relevant. Other information slips by, waiting for us to ask a question or seek a solution to a problem. As we learn new things, and apply them to situations and problems, we grow in our confidence as learners and as trustees.
Is there a lot to learn? Yes there is, but you don’t have to learn it all at once. That’s why we created some specific information pathways:
- Grow as a Trustee – for everyone, but especially for new Trustees
- Grow as a Chair – for Board Chairs, and anyone who wants to improve the leadership capacity of their Board
- Grow as a Board – for all Boards as they strive to meet their core responsibilities, and to help good Boards become great! This section is in development; check back later for more ways to grow
- Branching Out – for anyone wanting to browse, explore, or dig deeper into any of the topics on this web site and beyond!
Follow any pathway that works for you. Click, go, grow!
